1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods or special promotions, processing time may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time (India)
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
👉 Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹600.
Any promotional offers related to shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email, allowing you to track your order in real-time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected pin codes.
A nominal COD handling fee may apply. Kundesio reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

- Public holidays
- High order volumes

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned. Re-delivery or refund eligibility will be handled as per our policy.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
