5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is shipped, Kundesio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted.

However, in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item
  • Quality issues

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof. We will review and provide a suitable resolution.
